All the way from North Italy, risotto made its way to Jansz., with a special a touch from our chef Jeroen Robberegt! Did you know the best risotto should be stirred in the preparation process? By stirring, starch is released which makes the risotto creamy. There are plenty of delicious varieties to the dish, but we must say our Lobster Risotto is our fave!
